To download the images, you will need to access the Client Panel. You can access this through the Tour Publication email or through your My Tours section in your account at www.virtuancecommercial.com.
Tour Publication Email:
1) Go to your Tour Publication Email
2) Click on the "Client Panel Link"
"My Account" through www.virtuancecommercial.com:
1) Log into www.virtuancecommercial.com
2) Click on "My Account"
3) Click on the "Click here to view tours" button:
In the client panel, on the Settings Tab, choose your MLS service provider from the drop down menu and enter your MLS Number, then scroll below to the SAVE button and click on it.
By selecting your MLS, we will make sure to provide you with images that are sized perfectly for your MLS with no resizing required. If you do not have an MLS number, you can follow the steps above but instead of putting your active MLS number you can enter “TBD.”
Next, Click on the DOWNLOAD TOUR PHOTOS button on the right side of the screen.
A new browser window will open and you will see BULK DOWNLOAD. Within this box, click on the checkmarks to uncheck every box except ALL MLS. This will allow you to download all of your images from your tour in the size needed for your specific MLS service specified previously. You can download other needed sizes as well by ensuring they are checked prior to clicking on SAVE AS ZIP FILE.
Please see the information below pertaining to the type of browser you are using. There are specific instructions below for Google Chrome, Mozzilla Firefox and Internet Explorer.
GOOGLE CHROME
If using Google Chrome, you will see a small pop-up toolbar at the bottom of your browser page letting you know that the download has started. Once the download is complete, click on this pop-up toolbar.
FIREFOX
If you are using Firefox, you may find a pop-up asking if you want to open with a program or save. Choose SAVE. Please ignore the automated instructions to open with another browser window or program.
After you select save, you will see a download appear with the address for your property. Once this is done downloading, select the file with the address for your property.
INTERNET EXPLORER (NOT RECOMMENDED)
You will see a downloads bar appear at the very bottom of your screen. Select save and you will see the download begin.
After your download has completed, you will be given the option to open the file. Select OPEN.
Once the images have completed the download, a new window will open with two files in it. One file will say COPY ADJACENT FOLDER TO DESKTOP and the other will be a file with the address. For ease of use, we recommend dragging the folder with your property’s name to your desktop.
